How do I send a car inspector to a different state when buying a Ferrari?

I’m in California and the Ferrari I want is in Florida.

if you are asking this question you SHOULD NOT BUY a Ferrari.
unless you have endless money, you have already revealed yourself as knowledgeable in these matters.
no one, meaning no one should buy a used ferrari without a complete inspection by reputable ferrari service man.
and NO reputable Ferrari service person would do such an inspection for an unknown buyer.
again, unless you have more money than God, you need an education first.
join the local ferrari club, go to car shows, learn, learn , learn, you will become a better buyer and a part of the Italian car community, then buy your ferrari.
if you do not wish to become a ferrari owner through knowledge, then I have a great 400i for you for about only $18K
and your get another $100k in repairs – if you do not know what your doing!!!!!!!!!!
