What did you have to replace in the front end? How many miles were on it when you bought it? And did you take it to a dealership to get fixed b/c 7500 is an insane amount for that little bit of stuff. I’ve got 235K on my 95 and besides regular maint I’ve had to replace the trans at 195K. And that was only a $900 bill for a better than stock trans.

I hear ya, WJs (99-04) look good, are good offroaders, have solid power (I-6 or V8), are pretty good all arounders but get terrible MPG (of course they’re SUVs) and I have heard of and seen them with problems (electrical or simple stuff that gets annoying). I still like them though but I kinda wish they were made by Toyota or Honda. What year was yours?
I bought an used Grand Cherokee in the year of 2000 and the repair cost added up to more than $7500 in eight years. Been there, done that I will never buy another American car
great ending! haha and i know this is just a movie, but im just saying…no way that jeep would hold that plane up haha

Things break nomatter who makes it.
Mine was a 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I spend almost $7500 on the following items:
Front End
U-joint
Water Pump
Thermostat
Radiator
Catalyst Converter (twice)
Muffler
Horn
Fan Belt
oil pump

how are you supposed to outrun a airplane going at 200+ mph?
you’d do far more better action films than those comming from India
