I know, but I would just like to see the Ford GT Hennessy (1500hp on race) put up against the Lingenfelter. I would be certain the Vette would beat it off the line, but on the run the Ford GT would win. Both amazing track cars, but again, the Ford GT would come out on top around a course due to the fact its already moving and its base design was meant for that kinda racing.

It was 1000hp vs 720hp. The Ford GT would obviously win. Like I said before put the Lingenfelter C6 Z06 against that Ford GT see what happens. It makes 1100whp on pump gas and 1300hp on race gas. I’m not hating on the Ford GT but you know what will happen.

You are more than welcome to keep going at it, but I already gave cold hard evidence, and you try to run off and bring some other car into the conversation. I was just proving you wrong cause you said the ZR1 beats the Ford GT. The video I posted clearly proved you wrong. And it was even a tuned ZR1 too and still lost by several several seconds.

Obviously the Super Snake would lose to a ZR1… they arnt even in the same class. Thats where the Ford GT steps up and owns the ZR1. Hennessy Ford would easily step over the Lingenfelter. I love Corvettes, but they just dont compare to the Ford GT. Oh and FYI about that Super Snake losing, they weren’t using a true one. It was about 150 rwhp off.

You sound exactly like Ford Fanboy. Stock for stock a regular GT500 gets owned by a GTR. Stock for stock a Super Snake gets owned by the ZR1. Hell they even have a video from motor trend where the super snake loses to the GT-R so why talk all of these cars up? Ford is an OK company and the Ford GT rocks but Ford doesn’t have the best shit.

your right that Camaro beat the Super Snake but even the test drivers said the only reason it won was because the Shelby couldnt get traction. Now a real shootout would be to put a set of M/T on both cars now that would be a battle royale.
When the 0-100-0 test it seems like the snake didnt launch as well due to driver error

For you to see the real results you actually have to get out to race tracks, like I do a bit and actually watch for yourself owner against owner racing. Not some so called magazine test driver that has never driven the car before. Yes you can get that kind of power easy out of a GT500Also with you talking about the supersnake, do you realize there are 2 of them. The 600HP and the 750HP.
Most magazines are all political, that is a known fact, they are just like newspapers. For a magazine to get sold they put what people want to hear or what they think will sell the most. Its an advertisement for them and the car. So if the car company does well by selling the car then the advertiser gets a little profit. Each and every magazine has its own drivers and own courses. Mustang have been the #1 selling car in that class for years so they are trying to find reasons to knock it down.
@amfmopar So what do you base your facts around? I don’t want to go off topic here but you need to make a base off of something. You start off with the car magazines, car shows, test driving the car yourself and seeing how the car performs on the strip/road course. Bottom line I have seen the Super Snake in person and it is far from Super. I have a buddy with a Twin Turbo GT500 thats much faster and paid much less. He makes 812whp and 830wtrq
Like I said you believe every thing that is put out in magazines or videos, if they are not rigged then why did motor trend rate the camaro 1st place when, car and driver and road and track had the same comparison tests and the mustang was the overall winner in those 2 magazines. @amfmopar The video was not some ricer doing a flyby on a corvette, it was a video made by Motor Trend magazine which is the #1 selling automotive magazine in America. Stop trying to make excuses for a flawed design. That video was to show that horsepower and torque alone don’t win races.

Every thing I read about the Super Snake indicates that the car is a a dyno queen. Its slower on a road course than the regular GT500. The GT-R is a better car than the Super Snake. And are you serious about the Ford GT vs the ZR-1? It would still get its ass whooped by the ZR-1.

I have only seen one GT-R beat the GT500 and it was not the supersnake, it was the base model look up the info before you talk shit. The supersnake has not been beatin by the GT-R at all. Read your facts. So you are the fucking idiot!!!
